3-5+ years of Corporate Actions experience Proxy voting experience Reorganization (Reorg) event processing experience Corporate Actions lifecycle knowledge Experience processing mandatory and voluntary events Knowledge of DTC and/or Euroclear Strong operations and risk/control mindset Experience supporting institutional securities or capital markets businesses Strong Excel skills and reconciliation experience Plusses Bankruptcy and liquidation event processing Consent solicitations Conversions and tender offers International market corporate actions exposure VBA, Access, or reporting automation experience Experience supporting broker-dealers or investment banks Process improvement/project experience Day-to-day The Operations Analyst will manage daily corporate action events across fixed income products, overseeing the full lifecycle of events from announcement through settlement. This individual will handle both mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, support proxy voting submissions and shareholder reporting processes, and monitor complex events such as bankruptcies, liquidations, defaults, conversions, calls, maturities, and other reorganizations. They will partner closely with front office, operations, custody, and client teams on a global scale to ensure accurate processing and timely execution. Responsibilities also include managing event exceptions, settlement fails, and risk-related issues, reviewing and validating event details and entitlements, driving operational efficiency through process improvement initiatives, and providing white-glove support to both internal and external stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
