Compensation and Miles

• Flatbed: Earn a percentage of the linehaul for outbound loads, plus $0.54 – $0.64 per mile on your return trip.

• Weekly earnings: Range from $1,350 to $1,900 (equivalent to $70,000 - $100,000 annually).

• Average weekly miles: Typically up to 3,000+.

• Additional pay: Compensation for tarping.

• Paid for: Pickups, drops, detention, and layovers.

• Longevity Pay: Rewards for your dedication.

• Safety Bonus: Qualify for an additional 5.5 CPM for meeting safety standards.

• Referral Bonus: Earn extra for referring new drivers.

Home Time and Routes

• Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time for two consecutive nights (if desired).

• Routes: Regional OTR routes.

• Freight Type: Van and Reefer with no-touch freight.

Equipment and Comfort

• Assigned Trucks: Receive a clean truck with no slip-seating.

• Fleet: Late-model International LT625s (average age: 18 months).

• Fully Automatic: All trucks are automatic.

  • APU and Inverter

  • SiriusXM All Access

  • Refrigerator

  • Luxury mattress

  • TV mount

  • CB Radio

  • Optional Wi-Fi

Driver Qualifications

• License: Must possess a valid CDL Class A license.

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of driving experience (Van, Reefer, or Flatbed). No Flatbed experience? Training is available.

• Work History: Steady employment history with no more than 2 companies per year.

• Driving Record:

  • No more than 4 minor violations in the last 3 years.

  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years.

  • No DUI or SAP convictions in the past 3 years.
