Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Communication Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise. Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions. Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers. Vehicle Safety & Operations Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it, noting and reporting any findings. Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times. Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management. Professional Standards Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work. Appearance: Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift. Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation. Qualifications & Requirements What You'll Need: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST. A valid state driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record. Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus! Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends. Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers. Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired. Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events. Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods. Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
