This role offers the opportunity to support end-to-end regulatory compliance by preparing and managing critical product documentation that ensures customer satisfaction and adherence to global standards, while collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, and operations teams in a fast-paced, science-driven environment. Regulatory Specialist Daily Tasks: What you will do Prepare, review, and deliver product regulatory documentation in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer and compliance requirements Utilize internal systems or equivalent platforms to manage regulatory tasks, data entry, and documentation workflows Support internal and external customers by providing compliant formula reviews and technical documentation for commercial, R&D, and research initiatives Interpret and apply customer requirements and global regulatory standards to ensure product compliance Identify opportunities to improve efficiency within regulatory and documentation processes Collaborate with commercial, R&D, and operations teams to support regulatory needs and resolve inquiries Manage assigned regulatory projects with increasing independence Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer contacts (with guidance and support as needed) Ensure accuracy and consistency of all regulatory data and documentation submitted to customers or internal stakeholders Regulatory Specialist Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biological Sciences, or related scientific discipline 1–2 years of experience in a regulatory role within food, flavor, dietary supplement, chemical, or related industries Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and industry compliance standards We strongly encourage candidates who have some of the skills to apply.
