Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and shrub pruning with the goal of creating beautiful and well‑groomed outdoor spaces for our customers. If you are a hard‑working, team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do we have a place for you! Past experience as a landscape supervisor is preferred and a positive attitude is a must! Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and supervise daily activities to ensure quality and budgeted hours are achieved Safely operate vehicles and all powered equipment Train and mentor crew members for on the job training Maintain vehicle and assigned equipment Maintain high quality work that exceeds our client expectations Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner Qualifications 2 yrs of prior maintenance supervisor experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong organizational and leadership skills Willing to work in all weather elements Ability to operate and maintain all landscape maintenance equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr
