House Manager

Schedule: Full-Time Location: Columbus, OH Lead a Home. Develop a Team. Create Lasting Impact. We are not a home health agency. We are a community inclusion organization. As a House Manager, you'll lead a team dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home. You'll coach and develop staff, foster a positive team culture, strengthen relationships with families, and ensure every individual receives exceptional, person-centered support. What You'll Do Lead Residential Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring services are safe, person-centered, and aligned with each individual's goals. Develop & Support Your Team: Coach, mentor, and supervise Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable team culture. Ensure Quality: Monitor documentation, incidents, billing, and regulatory requirements. Champion Individual Success: Ensure Service Plans are implemented consistently while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion. Manage the Home: Oversee household budgets, maintenance, supplies, scheduling needs, and daily operations to create a safe, welcoming environment. Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, support teams, and leadership to deliver person-centered services.
