Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals in their homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and those in need of assistance.

Duties:

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Administer medication reminders
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Document client care activities and maintain accurate medical records

We have 2-hour, 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts in a day, and night shifts as well.

Skills:

• Experience in home care or senior care is preferred
• Knowledge of memory care and dementia care techniques is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail in documenting medical information accurately

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
