Customer Service Specialist I Billing & Account Support

Recology

Recology Ashland Sanitary Service Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist 1 to provide courteous service by phone and in person for routine issues at the Ashland location. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, handling inquiries on collections, rates, billing, and account status while maintaining records and handling related clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years of related experience, and a willingness to participate in #J-18808-Ljbffr
