In Your Day-To-Day, You Will:

As Medical Director, you'll lead a large, skilled team that includes emergency doctors and board-certified specialists. In partnership with the Hospital Director, you'll oversee medical quality, support operational excellence, and foster a positive and professional environment where collaboration thrives.

You'll split your time between clinical work and leadership, maintaining your hands-on emergency skills while mentoring and guiding your team. We're looking for someone who's passionate about team development, forward-thinking medical care, and building strong, trusting relationshipsboth internally and within the wider veterinary community.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent degree, with Ohio veterinary license (or eligibility)
• Emergency medicine background
• 35+ years of leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Confidence overseeing a team that includes specialists
