Customer Service Call Center Representative (Temporary Contract)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic customer service environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally

- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary

- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent communication skills

- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality and resolution times
