We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven, early-career Technical Program Manager to join our team in Fremont. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineering, product, and operations leaders to help coordinate the lifecycle of custom server and rack-level solutions. You will serve as a bridge between technical stakeholders, learning how to translate complex requirements, track project milestones, and drive deliverables from concept to customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Program Management: Manage project schedules and execution across deployed hardware platforms, tracking critical paths, coordinating cross-functional activities, and driving risk and change management initiatives.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Support hardware platforms throughout their operational lifecycle, including issue resolution, design enhancements, component transitions, firmware updates, quality improvements, and cost optimization efforts.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams to prioritize technical issues, define recovery plans, and drive timely execution of corrective actions.
• Customer Support & Escalation Management: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to evaluate reported issues, coordinate investigations, communicate status, and ensure alignment on resolution plans.
• Change Control & Implementation: Coordinate engineering changes, BOM revisions, firmware releases, and component updates, ensuring required validation, approvals, and deployment activities are completed effectively.
• Technical Risk & Problem Resolution: Facilitate root cause investigations, corrective action plans, and cross-functional reviews to improve product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and customer experience.
• Operational Readiness & Performance Monitoring: Track product health metrics, field performance trends, and recurring issues to proactively identify improvement opportunities and minimize business impact.
• Milestone Delivery: Drive timely completion of customer commitments, business priorities, and technical deliverables while managing multiple concurrent issues and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience : 1-2 years of professional or hands-on experience (including relevant technical internships, co-ops, or projects).
• Technical Foundation: A solid foundational technical background with the ability to understand engineering terminology, read basic technical schematics or specs, and categorize stakeholder action items.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or project experience within the data center, server hardware, OEM/ODM, or high-tech manufacturing ecosystem.
• Exposure to or involvement in cross-functional partnerships (e.g., working between software/hardware teams, supply chain, or lab environments).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or standard project management frameworks (Jira, Confluence, or MS Project).
• A high degree of curiosity, adaptability, and drive to thrive in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
