Join Our Team as a Material Handler
Blue Water AreaPay Rate: $20+/hour
Openings on all shifts, overtime mandatory (as needed)
Are you an experienced Material Handler looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're hiring dependable, safety-focused individuals to support production and logistics operations for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, teamwork, and keeping materials moving efficiently throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment
• Deliver and collect carts, pallets, totes, and materials throughout the facility
• Perform scanning transactions and material movements accurately
• Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and hazardous material procedures
• Conduct daily equipment safety checks and report any issues or concerns
• Maintain clean work areas in accordance with 5S and TPM standards
• Assist with training new team members
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and team initiatives
• Support special projects and additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English proficiency
• Ability to follow safety procedures and standardized work instructions

Preferred (but not required):

• Prior forklift or tugger experience
• Familiarity with SAP or inventory systems
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices or ISO standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with frequent movement and equipment use
