Our clinical team members are essential to the successful operation of our business. They perform a wheelhouse of tasks that help support our providers in ensuring that both the patient and clinician’s experience are not only pleasant, but stress and worry-free. Among the responsibilities of our clinical team are customer service, patient education, operatory maintenance/set-up, patient diagnostics, laboratory work, inventory management. Duties also include treatment plan presentation and follow up, charting, notes, scheduling appointments. It is the responsibility of every member of our team to ensure that our practice schedule remains full. For this reason, timely follow up on recalls, outstanding treatment, and leads is essential to our office’s success.

Our ideal dental assistant would be someone who:

• Dental experience preferred, but not necessary (we are willing to train the right candidate)

• Is an Ideal Team Player (Humble, Hungry, Smart) and has a good attitude/energy (super important) - good vibes only

Qualifications

•Has excellent communication and people skills (Spanish Bilingual required)

•Is friendly with a positive attitude

•Is responsible and reliable

•Is hard working and able to multitask

•Chicago, IL 60657: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

•Availability M-F between the hours of (7am – 7pm) & SAT (7am – 3pm)]
