Senior Business Analyst

To support the Sales and Operations teams, the full-time remote Senior Business Analyst will manage business analysis for Sales and Operations tools, translating business needs into requirements and collaborating with Agile development teams to ensure successful delivery of functionality. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for Sales and Operations applications Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate delivered functionality through user acceptance testing Lead the Front-End Applications Steering Committee, guiding the modernization and consolidation of application portfolios Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Seven or more years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise applications, with three years in Sales or Operations Demonstrated experience working within an Agile/Scrum framework, including writing user stories and managing a backlog Experience gathering and documenting business requirements for complex application portfolios Strong facilitation skills for requirements workshops and stakeholder alignment across business and IT
