Assistant Site Manager in Training

Space Express Car Wash

Job Description

Space Express Car Wash is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our team at our Tyrone location. The Assistant Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at our Tyrone express car wash facility.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience working in a customer facing role. Car wash experience preferred. He/she greets customers and should present an accessible and approachable tone as well as have excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, can anticipate needs, and strives to provide a professional and friendly experience for each customer.

WEEKENDS REQUIRED
AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Responsibilities:

Training and Developing Employees - Conduct Space Express onboarding for all new-hires.
Attracting and Recruiting Candidates - Respond to employment inquiries and conduct initial interviews.
Performing Preventative Maintenance As Needed - General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and pneumatics.
Tracking and Overseeing Wash Performance - Monitor wash efficiency and vehicle output for quality assurance.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Car wash experience preferred
One year of sales experience required
Superb communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Leadership experience preferred
