This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bradenton, FL, for a Patient Intake Coordinator. The day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating patient admissions, verifying insurance coverage, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate patient records. You will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless intake process and providing exceptional customer service to meet their needs.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in Case Management and a working understanding of Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of Insurance policies, including verification and authorization processes.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage patient information accurately.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in a related healthcare or administrative field is preferred.
