About the Position

Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current and valid Driver's License or State issued ID required Certifications: MRI - ARRT (MR) Must-Have: Documentation including a utility bill in the Traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months. Description: Current and valid Driver's License or State issued ID required. Utility bill in the Traveler's name with a matching address within the last three months of the projected start date. Address must be greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility. Driver's License must be included with submission. No more than 5 days of request time off (RTO) will be accepted. Years of experience required: 2 years. Candidate must float within skill scope to meet facility needs. Not open to accommodating block schedules. Local candidates are not accepted. Pending State License is not accepted. Charting system used is Epic. Candidates must be willing to float to other areas if needed. No license hits are tolerated. Submittal limits apply to travelers. All submissions must include 2 supervisory references. Daily census includes a variety of patient age groups. Candidates should have experience with specific imaging techniques and equipment. Willingness to float to different facilities is required even within a defined radius. Important that any gaps in a traveler's profile are explained in the work history section. All documentation must be provided to avoid escalation. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year separation from previous employment eligibility. Module hours will vary by specialty and are recorded via facility report. Completion of modules is necessary during the orientation period. Travelers should prepare to comply with health requirements and necessary vaccinations.
