Banner Desert Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to join our Progressive Care Unit. As part of our East Valley expansion efforts, we are adding a new 36 bed Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to support our patients. As a Patient Care Assistant you will have the unique opportunity to provide the finest care possible, while working with a great team to advance the way care is provided. To achieve our vision, we seek compassionate and driven professionals who embrace change, and who possess the passion and skills to make it happen. Previous experience as a PCA, LNA or CNA is highly preferred but not required.

We have a Full Time, and Part Time Night Shift positions working from 6pm-6:30am. Rotating weekends and holidays. Weekend and holiday rotations are required in this role. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential when applicable.
