Schedule: M-F; 8:00am- 4:30pm *subject to change, depending on business needs

Pay Range: $20.00/hour- $25.00/hour, based on experience

SUMMARY

As an active and collaborative department team member, you will ensure full compliance with company policies while making improvements in inventory accuracy and on-time order delivery to meet customer demands.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform Cycle counts in a fast-paced environment; investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
• Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for order picking and router processing; strictly adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Safely transfer materials throughout the warehouse using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts/hand trucks).
• Execute system transactions accurately via Oracle, RF scanners, or manual entry.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support daily operational goals.

• Ability on daily basis to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to transport materials over 50 lbs. via material handling equipment
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Standard visual acuity (close/distance vision, color perception, depth perception, and focus adjustment).

TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle highly preferred.
• Understanding of industry products and services is a plus.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1- 2 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Previous experience and/or a valid permit for forklift operation preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING

• Must obtain Forklift Certification upon hire.
• Hazardous Material Handling Training (e.g., HAZWOPER and RCRA ) may be required.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

• Schedule: Flexible availability required, including occasional overtime.
• Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, occasional fumes/airborne particles, and varying weather conditions. Noise level is generally moderate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; handle, reach; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must have the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
