DW&A has been providing legal services to East Central Indiana for over 40 years. We now have offices in Muncie, Indiana and Carmel, Indiana. We are looking for a motivated candidate to begin immediately, working primarily in the Muncie, Indiana office **Currently, the ideal candidate would be interested in litigation. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in Indiana (REQUIRED) 3+ years of defense/litigation experience preferred Experience handling general civil litigation defense matters (may include personal injury defense or domestic practice) Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end Work with other attorneys and partners, as needed, on legal projects Regularly handle court appearances and depositions Communicate with clients and provide status reports Timely assist with billing clients Why Should You Apply?
