Outstanding Opportunities As a U.S. Army Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of Soldiers and their families through intervention, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation. The Army also offers an opportunity for advanced education through the Army-Baylor University Doctoral Program in Physical Therapy (DPT). This is an entry-level, nationally ranked program held at the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. This two-phase program provides 18-months of graduate didactic coursework plus a 12-month supervised clinicals internship. Upon graduation, you will be awarded a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Baylor University and will be eligible to sit for the state licensure.
