This position blends administrative, organizational, communication, and light financial tasks to support both the broader team and upper management. You will handle confidential and time-sensitive materials, assist in completing administrative work for managers, take detailed notes in meetings, and occasionally support team needs that may involve travel. Due to the nature of this role and the business leaders the role supports, this position is on-site, full-time with some flexibility allowed.This role calls for strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
