Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff. Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff. Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Let’s talk about building a brighter future together. Desired skills and experience: Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Braselton. Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred. At least two years’ work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program. Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations Benefits are available.
