The successful candidate will have experience in personnel management, financial management and business development and co-leadership. Your strong financial and operational acumen will be put to good use! The Hospital Manager—under the guidance of the Regional Management team and in partnership with the Medical Director—performs a wide range of administrative activities related to the practice. This includes building and engaging effective teams, mentoring the staff and overseeing the business operations and maintenance of the facility; ensuring the business growth and profitability of the practice; and supporting the hospital's mission of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional client service.Qualifications2+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations (budgeting, KPIs, staffing)Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teamsFamiliar with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growthStrong communicator—clear, empathetic, and confident across all levelsSkilled at juggling priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environmentPassionate about people, pets, and building a positive workplace culturePay Range & BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package including Bonus Potential that provide flexibility and rewards your strengths.
