Dental Receptionist

Endodontics of St. Louis is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our specialty endodontic practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the office. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a compassionate, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
• Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Experience with dental practice management software
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $23-$26 per hour.
