Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) -must be MO licensed - to join our clinical team in Missouri. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care while maintaining strict adherence to Missouri state regulations and facility safety standards.

Shift Flexibility: Able to work flexible shifts depending on availability (morning, afternoon, or night).

Key Qualifications & Compliance Requirements

To ensure the safety of our patients and remain in compliance with Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) regulations, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Current MO RN License: Must possess an active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Missouri. Note: License status will be verified via the Missouri Division of Professional Registration/Nursys online portal.
• Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR): Must be registered with the Missouri FCSR. If not already registered, the applicant must apply within 15 days of hire.
• Employee Disqualification List (EDL): Applicants must not be listed on the Missouri EDL. Ongoing Compliance: We conduct mandatory EDL screenings every 90 days for all active employees.
• Background Checks: Completion of a Missouri state background check is required. A National Background Check may be required based on specific facility contracts.
• Tuberculosis (TB) Screening: Documentation of an annual TB test is mandatory. Valid forms include:
• Mantoux PPD (Skin Test)
• IGRA (Blood Test/QuantiFERON-Gold)
• Chest X-ray (Required for individuals with a history of positive PPD/IGRA results).
