Working collaboratively with patients, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team, this role assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, promotes quality outcomes, and supports evidence-based nursing practice.Key Responsibilities* Provide direct and indirect nursing care while promoting patient safety, quality, and cost-effective care.* Assess patients, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care with patients, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.* Monitor patient progress, evaluate outcomes, and modify care plans as needed.* Educate patients, families, and nursing staff to support health management and professional development.* Perform comprehensive health assessments and apply clinical judgment to develop nursing diagnoses and care priorities.* Maintain clinical competency and apply specialized knowledge appropriate to the assigned practice area.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety, cultural diversity, and regulatory compliance.* Maintain current knowledge of professional standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.Minimum Requirements* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent combination of education and specialty RN experience.* Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license.* Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.* Two years of experience in the related nursing specialty.Join Our TeamIf you are a compassionate, knowledgeable nurse who is passionate about delivering specialized patient care and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, we encourage you to apply and join our mission of providing exceptional ambulatory care.
