Quality Assurance Technician (PM Shift) :  Orangeville , I llinois

Our client in Orangeville, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team at their production facility to help produce higher quality food and beverage products for their customers. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for managing the production floor, inspecting materials, and reporting all quality related issues. 

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Technician:

• Maintain control of all quality-related documents.
• Ensure the accuracy of quality policies and procedures.
• Conduct testing of products for physical, chemical, and bacteriological properties.
• Accurately interpret and record test results.
• Review production paperwork for accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare product samples for customer and laboratory testing.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience in a quality or manufacturing role preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret quality-related documents and regulations.
• Basic math skills for calculating quality-related figures.
• Ability to solve problems and manage various situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to organize, maintain, and update quality procedures and documentation.

Pay:  $22/hour

Type: 3rd Shift, Full-time

Schedule: 5:50pm-6:00am Monday-Friday. 

2/2/3 split shift after training. Training will be on Am shift for 4-6 weeks, then moving to PM shift.
