Surgery - Trauma Physician

The Charleston Area Medical Center Institute for Academic Medicine is seeking a Trauma Surgeon for a fulltime academic associate level position in the Department of Surgery, Trauma, Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Section at General Hospital located in the capital city of Charleston, West Virginia. Responsibilities Provide trauma surgery services in an academic healthcare institution. Educate medical students and residents. Engage in scholarly activities. Job Requirements By the Time of Appointment MD, DO degree or foreign equivalent degree from an accredited program Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and board certification or board eligibility in trauma/surgical critical care required.
