Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat platforms.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with accuracy and empathy.
Track customer interactions and document feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.
Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach to meeting customer needs.
Comfortable using CRM software and various communication tools.
Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently.
