Department Manager

Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Some managers also lead specific departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff on procedures, and keep the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas organized. Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe food quickly, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items. People Department Manager: Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, provide onboarding and motivational support throughout employment. Qualifications Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with flexible schedule, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
