Commercial Lines Customer Service Account Manager

My clients are seeking highly organized, process-driven Commercial Lines Account Managers to support and manage mid-market books of business across Wisconsin. These opportunities are ideal for experienced insurance professionals who value accuracy, consistency, and strong internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts with a strong focus on accuracy and documentation
• Prepare renewal timelines, exposure summaries, and organized submission packets
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner
• Issue and track Certificates of Insurance while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery
• Maintain organized electronic files within the agency management system
• Monitor renewal schedules and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate communication between clients, carriers, and internal team members to keep workflows moving efficiently

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license
• Strong knowledge of General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' Compensation
• Proven ability to independently manage commercial accounts from renewal through servicing
• Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar agency management systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication, and time management skills
