We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare.Job Title:Part-Time Mental Health Clinician (Social Worker)Division/Program:(Youth Inpatient) Psychiatric Health FacilityStarting Compensation:31.46 - 33.46 USD Per HourWorking Location:Fresno, CAWorking Hours/Shift:Every other Friday: (2nd and 4th Friday of every month), 8am-4:30pmWhy Join Our Team?Competitive Compensation: Offering a salary that matches your skills and experience.Generous Time Off: Enjoy ample vacation and holiday pay.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage.Additional voluntary benefits to support your lifestyle.Professional Growth Opportunities: On-the-job training with access to paid CEU opportunities.Career development programs designed to help you grow.Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable).Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedicationWhat You Bring to SBHG:Education:Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from an accredited college or university.Licensure:Active registration or licensure with the California BBS (or equivalent board) as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.Experience:At least one (1) year of direct service experience working with emotionally disturbed adolescents in a healthcare setting (relevant student internship or practicum hours may be substituted).Experience working in an inpatient acute setting is preferred.How You Will Make a Difference:Prepares a comprehensive written psychosocial evaluation and assessment for admitted clients.Participates in treatment team meetings and is responsible for a coordinated treatment plan for each client.Provides individual and family psychotherapy.Leads or co-leads psychotherapy, psycho-educational and therapeutic activity groups.Responsible for permanency planning including assessing client's readiness for discharge; coordinating and planning with treatment team; making appropriate referrals for placement, case management and aftercare services; and coordinating benefits with Business Office personnel.Prepares and submits client documentation in EMR according to specified timelines.Provides consultation as needed with families on issues regarding admission, discharge, and aftercare plans.Division/Program Overview:24/7 inpatient involuntary program16-bed facility for youth (ages 12-17) dealing with acute psychiatric symptomsIntensive treatment programs with individualized care plansAvailable for contracting Central Valley countiesMoves clients through five phases: admission; engagement; learning; stabilization and linkage to resources and aftercare
