Job Description As a Professional Land Surveyor - Senior Project Manager, you'll lead and manage surveying projects, supervise teams, ensure accuracy and compliance, and act as a primary point of contact for clients, all while staying up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.

We've been providing expert land surveying services across North and South Carolina for decades, built on the principles of excellence and integrity . We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as an Office/Project Manager . Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed P.L.S. (Preference for NC & SC licensure)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry
- Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, GPS/RTK, and robotic surveying
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Record mapping and as-builts
- Topographic surveys and subdivisions
- Creating 3D surface models
- Preparing data for earthwork quantities
- Construction stakeout calculations
