Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive monitoring and care to Stepdown and PCU patients with a keen focus on clinical excellence and safety.
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition, prioritizing interventions and collaborating with providers as needed.
• Administer medications, manage drips, and perform advanced assessments in alignment with best practices.
• Educate patients and families on complex care plans, fostering engagement in recovery and discharge readiness.
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and comply with hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license.
• Recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit environments.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
