Senior Business Analyst
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support technical staff in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting functional and system requirements. This role supports large-scale development projects and enhancements for critical public safety and legal applications.
The ideal candidate is a Waterfall methodology expert who excels at creating deep-dive documentation and translating complex legislation and business rules into technical specifications.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ Years: Full SDLC experience with a heavy emphasis on Waterfall methodology (Agile experience is a plus).
- 7+ Years: Writing formal Use Cases and comprehensive Requirement Documents.
- 7+ Years: Developing complex Business and Functional requirements.
- 7+ Years: Business Process Re-engineering and workflow mapping.
- 3+ Years (Highly Desired): Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps.
- 3+ Years (Highly Desired): Experience in Business Change Management.
