Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, medical doctors, and nursing professionals to provide holistic, well-rounded care
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate clients and their family members on therapy methods to encourage ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Review Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment approaches as necessary, ensuring patient success is sustained

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Continued education or after-graduate certifications are encouraged and fully supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
