AAM Oxford Manufacturing Facility also offers paid vacation, 13 holidays, overtime, opportunities, 401K, education assistance, career growth with development, and learning opportunities.**Job Description:**The starting wage for a Manufacturing Press Operator is $21.06 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour, 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $25.73/hour (plus shift premium). The starting wage for a Light Machine Operator is $19.18 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.75/hour, 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $22.93/hour (plus shift premium).· Operating presses that forge steel, automatic or manual· Driving Forklifts· Sorting of parts· Checking Quality on all products· Ensuring a safe work environment**Required Skills and Education** A minimum of 18 years of age· Have a High School Diploma or GED· Able to work any shift (1st shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, 2nd Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM, 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM)· Can work full-time· Able to work overtime· Can pass a urine drug test **About Dauch:**Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
