You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, conduct routine inspections, and respond to security-related concerns. Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet tools as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, including the business perimeter, to identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with site contacts, following post orders, and completing required activity reports. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
