RN Homecare - Pediatrics

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and revising care plans as needed, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and providing healthcare education and discharge planning. Qualifications required are a valid RN license, current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN experience. Key skills include clinical assessment, patient advocacy, effective communication, and the ability to respond to changing patient conditions.
