Position Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master's Level) – ABA Student Analyst (Master's Level) Location Apex, NC Role Overview Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting Shaping the minds of kiddos in early childhood (ages 18 months to 13 years old) Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child Developing clinical skills under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborating with BCBA’s and a dedicated team to deliver compassionate care Allocating 8 hours per week off direct-care schedule to work on BDS modules Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team Qualifications Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) All Restricted hours completed Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program applicable to ABA Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed hours with potential wage increases every 6 months Path to becoming a BCBA with a competitive salary upon passing the exam Bonuses based on accrued hours, up to $1,500 per year Guaranteed 32‑40 hours a week regardless of patient cancellations BCBA Pass Bonus of $5,000 for passing the exam on the first attempt College tuition employee discount at multiple universities Free BDS modules and structured study groups Student loan repayment assistance contributed annually Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, flexible savings account, and health savings account options Family support: up to $3,000 maternity/paternity assistance and short‑term disability options up to 8 weeks of paid paternity leave Other perks: First Stop Virtual Health, CALM membership, Door Dash Pass, MilkStork, SNOO smart sleeper, etc. 22 PTO days: 10 holidays, 10 paid days, and 2 flex days Pay range: $24‑$30 per hour Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center Leadership: Rising Star → BCBA → Senior BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Senior Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director Training & Development: Participation in Compassionate Care Training and other evidence‑based ABA courses Research & Innovation: Collaboration with the Action Institute to advance outcomes and quality Clinical Guidance: Support from Clinical Advisory Board consisting of leading clinicians Why ABC?
