If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be recognized and appreciated, you would be a great fit at IPS./ppResponsibilities Expectations:/pulliGather all billing and start-up documents for units involved./liliInvoice all approved warranty claims./liliAnalyze manufacture policy and rates to determine billable amounts./liliData entry into internal system for all new claims./liliMediate with manufacturers on claims that are denied./liliProvide manufacturers with information as needed./liliRequest approvals from manufacturer vendor for out of warranty issues./liliAssist TAW dealers in filing warranty claims./liliOversee all warranty parts and parts returns./liliProvide training to new personnel relating to warranties./liliDistribute applicable manufacture service bulletins./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications and Competencies:/pulliAssociates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; two years or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliIntermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office products./liliAble to work in a fast paced, service-oriented environment./liliMust be able to meet deadlines and be detail oriented./liliRequires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills./liliExperience with time entry, billing, scheduling and light accounting preferred./liliPrior experience working in the power generation industry or industrial environment desired./li/ulpThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
