\nWork Authorization: GC, GC EAD / H4 EAD / L2S / J2 EAD / TN / E3, USC (Any Visa Except H1B and OPT)

- We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Test Manager to lead testing for a large-scale Finance Transformation / SAP S/4HANA program. \n
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP testing, finance transformation, stakeholder management, and enterprise test governance. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 12+ years of proven experience leading test management for large enterprise finance transformation programs, in SAP S/4HANA or ECC to S/4HANA upgrades. \n
- Strong understanding of the SAP testing lifecycle, including strategy, planning, script development, execution, defect management, reporting, and sign-off. \n
- Experience partnering with business and technical teams, including functional consultants, developers, data teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors. \n
- Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, resolve blockers, and drive accountability across multiple workstreams. \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready status reporting and test governance materials. \n
- Experience in banking, financial services, or finance transformation programs, with knowledge of accounting, project costing, budgeting, and financial reconciliation processes. \n
- Experience with SAP Project Systems and integrations with upstream tools such as Ariba, Clarity, Concur, or similar enterprise applications. \n
- Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Jira, Azure DevOps, qTest, ALM, or equivalent platforms. \n
- Familiarity with test automation strategy, regression optimization, and risk-based testing approaches. \n
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills \n
