Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will create a positive first impression for visitors, customers, and business partners while providing essential administrative support across the organization. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient office operations and ensuring all visitors and employees receive outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently. Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Process daily deposits and perform petty cash reconciliation. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. Maintain office records and assist with routine clerical duties. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. Support office efficiency by managing multiple tasks and priorities in a timely manner. Qualifications & Experience 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar customer-facing role. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Experience operating standard office equipment, such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and copiers. Professional appearance and demeanor with a strong customer service focus. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Resourceful, proactive, and able to maintain composure under pressure. Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
