Customer Service Support Representative - Onsite

Labcorp seeks an onsite customer service representative in South Bend, Indiana to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolve service requests, and manage patient communications. The role operates evenings and weekends with responsibilities spanning multiple systems and HIPAA-compliant record management.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and Internet inquiries regarding products and services
- Qualify and onboard new customers requesting laboratory services and products
- Notify clients of test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain HIPAA compliance through administrative support and medical record management
- Research complex customer issues across multiple databases and escalate as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more months of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree or contact center experience preferred
