Qualifications Essential Knowledge/Skills Current BLS (CPR) required. Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to exercise phone etiquette and computer skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience as a Monitor Tech preferred or completion of dysrhythmia for monitor techs course within 90 days. Completion of unit secretary course or equivalent healthcare experience prefer Minimum Essential Experience 2 years of recent CNA experience required. Required Licensure/Certification Must have current, valid Certified Nurses Assistant certification, or be currently enrolled in accredited Registered Nursing program with completion of the 1st clinical curriculum semester. Current BLS (CPR) Required Through The American Heart Association.
