Negotiating pricing and contracts. Following projects from sale through completion. Coordinating with Operations and Installation teams. Resolving customer concerns. Monitoring market trends and competitive activity. Supporting collections on assigned accounts when necessary. Experience selling to builders, contractors, or commercial customers. Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts. Existing relationships within the local construction market are a plus. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. The ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
