Case Manager I — Emergency Shelter & Housing First
Catholic Charities
Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada is seeking a Case Manager I to support the Emergency Men’s Shelter in Las Vegas. You will establish initial client contact, enroll in shelter programs, and develop Housing First service plans, coordinating housing-focused resources and community supports. You will work with Case Manager II staff, document progress notes, and advocate for clients while coordinating medical, mental health, dental, and transportation services. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities
