Business Operations Program Manager
Bellevue, WA (Hybrid)

- Track and report on vendor and team budgets, including:
- Purchase orders (POs)
- Invoice submission and approval status
- Vendor spend tracking
- Monitor and surface alerts and reminders related to:
- Budget thresholds
- Pending approvals
- Training and compliance due dates
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to provide clear operational visibility.
- Partner with Business Program, Finance, and vendor teams to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of all key team events and milestones, including:
- Offsites, Town Halls, culture meetings, connects, and talent management sessions
- Training due dates and compliance milestones
- Other recurring or ad-hoc team events
- Build and maintain workback plans for events, including timelines, ownership, and content readiness.
- Track preparation status and proactively flag risks, gaps, or upcoming deadlines.
- Ensure leaders and partners have clear visibility into what is upcoming and what is required.
- Support new employee onboarding by:
- Maintaining and updating the team SharePoint site
- Managing onboarding content, links, and reference materials
- Ensuring new hires have access to relevant tools, documentation, and team information
- Continuously improve onboarding materials to ensure a smooth and consistent new-hire experience.
- Knowledge of MSFT PO, Invoice tools (Including ProcureWeb)
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and structured reporting.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
- Experience in AI-enabled workflows (e.g., automation, agents).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Planner).
- Exposure to project management concepts (workbacks, milestones, owners).
- Experience working with vendors or finance approval processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 95K to 105K per annum. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
