Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Location: San Fernando, CA

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually (competitive, based on experience)

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (with strong potential for growth)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee and optimize production operations in our San Fernando, CA facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity goals are met
• Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase output
• Manage, mentor, and develop production teams and supervisors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Oversee production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools is a plus
